Construction of switchboards and equipment
In the field of industrial automation and power distribution, we design and build systems and equipment for a wide range of applications: from small machinery to complex devices and process control and plant supervision systems.
In our projects, we make extensive use of technologically advanced products supported by systems that use both specific fieldbus protocols, and the latest developments in Ethernet technologies. Each piece of equipment undergoes:
- Functional testing
- Dielectric strength tests
- Electrical insulation testing
- All tests required by EU standards
All switchboards and equipment made by S.E.I. are CE-marked and accompanied by certificates of conformity with the requirements laid down in the relevant directives: 2014/35/EU, 2014/30/EU, 2006/42/EC, guaranteeing compliance to harmonised standards (e.g. IEC/EN 61439-1, EN60204-1 fourth edition).
Plant engineering
SS.E.I. has a department for the construction of installations in Italy and abroad:
- Installations onboard machines, including connections and structured wiring
- Low and medium voltage installations
- Plant safety installations
Commissioning and Support
Our team of qualified technicians ensure the final testing of the installations constructed and provide support in Italy and abroad.
